    Nature of their offense: Team killing on purpose.

    Time and date of their offense: 10:30 EST 4/21/2013

    If needed, what your relationship was to the offense in question.: Got teamkilled at the beginning of the round, after I was teamkilled, dede continued to try and attack teammates.
