Title: Bullet Hitting Target Sound?
Post by: PWNdelaPWN on September 03, 2016, 10:40:17 pm
Does anyone know the texture for when a bullet kills someone? You know the little impact sound when you hit someone with a bullet and they die? I want to replace that with like a ding so i can hear and know when ive hit someone clearly. Ive changed it before but i recently installed NW again and i forgot the files name to replace.

Yep, I just did it myself. Replaced it with quake sound. All sounds you replace need the original name and type. .wav or .ogg
Simply use a converter like this http://online-audio-converter.com/

I did exactly the same some time ago! I still have it in my game. With the original sound it's often really hard to tell if you hit someone.
