1. Promotional system revolves around who chokes on the regiment leader's dick the hardest, and who is the snobbiest and gets in everyone's business and echoes the colonel at lbs, to the point where you can barely hear commands because everyone is bitching about stuff the colonel should be handling. Activity, loyalty, maturity and intelligence or melee skill do not play a single role in getting promoted. On the other hand, do the attendance sheet for the colonel? Promoted!
2. Fucked up layers of administration. The colonel will have admin, Lieutenant Colonel has admin and so captain and officers, but then people from other regiments that are good at melee get admin or moderator just because they joined the reg, which is stupid because NCOs aren't allowed to have them, yet soldats abuse them because of their "Swag".
3. Colonel does a horrible job appointing errors and fixing them. We will have an issue in line which causes us to a lose a round and he yells his head off and of course, those people that desire to get promoted so much they suck his **** have to echo him and then after the lb or at trainings, absolutely nothing is done to fix errors, so they will undoubtedly happen again.
4. Activity. As I said before, activity doesn't mean shit unless, of course you have been gone for a year, then you just get put in old guard which means you fill up the rank slot so no one else can fill it. (For example our Lieutenant Colonel stated himself he quit NW and hasn't played in months. did he get demoted? *Click* NAH.)
5. General lack of Joy. We will be in an lb winning 4-1 and that one round someone will make an error, which of course is never addressed, AND BAM, TIME TO GET PISSED. Everyone bitches at everyone, the people who suck the colonels french fry echo the colonel, threats such as "Next person to talk about something irrelevant gets kicked from the reg" go out, and PTS isn't even in effect. And of course, it never gets addressed after the LB.
6. Squeakers get smashed on for little things but those who aren't squeakers can do two times worse then what a squeaker does and get away with it.
(Example: 13 year old says "Didn't mean to officer aim, sorry". Colonel : there is no need to tell the entire world, message me on steam.
18 year old says "HA I SHOT MILLANDER HAHAHA, GG" does that go addressed? Nah.
7. People from other regiments are treated like gods. Active in 3e? Loyal? Good at Melee? Obey rules? Nah, this guy from the 54th that was an officer joined, give him an officer position and admin.
8. A lot of people confronted the colonel about these problems, guess how many problems he addressed as a problem?
Zero.
Guess how many problems he denied?
Every single one.
