Indeed the only way that could be achieved is slightly shrinking the rank font size to fit another rank in for even just Cpl. Any more than that and more duplicate units would appear in the faction at end of unit ranks to choose from.

The 17th Kentucky Regiment of Foot

Originally under the command of Col. Wells from 1812-1813. Formed in Woodford Co., KY.They were mustered in the service of their country, August of 1812, in order to reinforce General Hull at Detroit. When Hull surrendered to the British, their mission changed.  They were ordered to help lift the siege of Fort Wayne by the Indians.  They marched off in their summer uniforms of linen, only to end up in the heart of the Great Black Swamp in the middle of winter.

Mount and Blade Regiment led by Musickman from Kentucky.

Rank Structure:
Colonel, Lt. Colonel, Major, Captain, Lieutenant, Ensign, RSM, Staff Sergent, 1st Sergeant, Sergeant, Corporal, Lance Corporal, Private First Class, Vet. Private, Private, Cadet, Recruit, Volunteer.

Just been playing this, love the mod so far, especially the Canadian Militia unit and here's my list of suggestions.

More animations.
Animations are a core part of a NW mod, similar animations to vanilla make it look like a copy paste, I suggest changing marching aninmations and perhaps adding a charged bayonet animation for the bayonetted musket when in melee mode & on the march, along with an alternating aiming animations like Parrot made for his Napoleonic Enhancement mod and a new idle stance. A more suitable marching stance for the flag bearer wouldn't go amiss either, as the flag currently hovers a foot infront of the sling it would tend to sit in.

The Bayonette.
Have this in a slot perhaps in the bayonet scabbard if possible or have it not visible but equippable, as a one handed weapon when not attached to the musket.

Sounds/Effects
Would love to see more sound effects and particle effects for the cannons, explosions, cannon balls & muskets, perhaps more blood. 

Besides these I find the mod brilliant so far, would love to see the end product.
