i just got the game and i wanna join a reg, i put like 2800 hrs into NW over like 6-7 yrs, just looking for a smaller group that is more casual and does 2-3, maybe 4 events per week

looking for a EU regiment me n a few mates can join in with. All of us have played/commanded in bg3 (successor to bg2 which ive been told had some influence on NW) linebattles before that game died and have also played in NW itself so get the general gist of a linebattle although not played in one on this BCoF. Preferably something a bit more laid back.

Nah, you can play on the public servers. There are privately hosted events with around 300-400 players that are much more organized. For those you do need a regiment.
