The reason is because you bar other regiments from recruiting on your server which is a horrible policy that is making this games dying community even smaller and smaller

I am not in any regiment that is in BBG but I am apart of the BBG community. Will I be banned even though I am not in any regiment? I proudly wear my [BBG] tags in game because I love the community.

We run a private server and therefore are not obligated to allow other regiments to recruit on our servers; other than those who have joined our community and those who have acquired permission to recruit.

Ah, by the way, are you intending to run a public server? NW NA suggests it will be available to the public and not be a private server.

The confusion we are experiencing is due to the way you phrased this rule. It implies we will be permbanned on sight for a prior offense which will apply to every listed group/regiment.

If you intend to prevent these regiments from recruiting on said server, I'd suggest rewriting rule #9 as
