_________________________________________________________________________________________ INFORMATION This event is a revival of old classical linebattle hosted by Millander and Hugonaut. The purpose of the event is to provide a simple yet competitive linebattle experience. Only line infantry will be used and we will play on medium maps. We may also play on custom maps from time to time. We hope to make the experience of this event fast paced and action packed rather than the drawn out ultra tactical gameplay of other events. This event is strictly invite only. We wish to have only a few large, respected and professional regiments rather than a multitude of small and largely unknown ones. The event format is as follows: 2 maps, each best of 3. The event will last around an hour. It will be hosted on the 7 Nation Army servers everyone Tuesday at 8 EST. _________________________________________________________________________________________ RULES The rules are basic as only line infantry will be fielded during the event. We expect leaders to enforce the rules within their regiment so minimum admining must be done. If rule breaking happens consistently however, it may result in expulsion from the event. The rules are: No fire out of line No fire on the charge Maximum of half man space All large gaps must be addressed No crouching during ranged combat At least 3 rankers are required to form up, shoot, and be considered a line.
