I like the new formations and tactics idea. Perhaps we should discuss that subject at a later date. ;)

 Good luck!

Yes, Newton is the Emperor of my regiment. Private, but that doesn't matter. He's still Emperor.

My rank is not private, it is Kapitain. I find it ridiculous that anyone would think so highly of themselves to award themselves the title "Emporer".

There's still an Overlord in NW that no one gives a damn about. And I was the Warchief of the 42nd Galactic Prime Foot of Ninjas from Mars.

So why give a damn about what someone was for a brief period of time?

Because of the ridiculously inflated egos.... seems to be a theme throughout this community...

Get over it. It means nothing. Nothing. Its not like he will march around NW bossing you around. Its a clan. Every clan has a leader. He's being creative. To be honest, the rank captian is thrown around alot as well but its exgurrated. Most regiments don't even fill a platoon! And get over yourself. Don't judge him. I bet he doesn't have a high ego.

Our Regiment has 104 members, I lead one infantry Zug of 53 men. An infantry Zug is led by a Kapitain. I am not the Leader of our regiment, and did not give myself a title. I was awarded the rank of Kapitain because of my hard work. The leader of a regiment has the ability to give himself whatever title he wants. When they give themselves the title "Emporer" they obviously think a lot of themselves, as opposed to someone that is the leader of a 100 man regiment, who gives himself the rank of major, who is more humble, and doesn' think so highly of themselves.

And besides this is the complete wrong place for a regiment thread. If you would like to make a regiment thread, please put it in the "regiment" section of the community board.

Walko, someone who gives them a realistic rank isn't necessarily humble, they're just less creative. Also, don't double post.

I'm getting this thread locked. Seriously, just stop bashing people.

If you're trying to be historical:
A Kapitan should lead an entire Kompanie, not a Zug which consists of 120 men. A major leads a battalion, which consists of 4 Kompanies. So 300 members later you may justify having a battalion staff by your terms.

If you're serious:
It's a game.
