Only about 10 servers loading?

A recruit in my regiment is having this problem, filters on and off, still only about 10, says he has good internet, any help?

I used to have this problem, my PC would only search 35 players (instead of the 1000+) and therefore only 7-13 servers would pop up. The way I fixed it was by referring to this http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,116878.0.html

I would try each one but 2 and 4 helped me.
