Well the image is nice sort of. But still seeing people kind of being jerks.

Okay how about another one here with the Nr.37 Infantry Regiment thread, page 100 in fact.

Just spam.

Call me crazy, but the purpose of these threads it more or less recruitment and organisation. Seems to me now they've turned into weird spammy chat rooms where people just circle jerk, spam and yell at each other needless all day. Some of the stuff here clearly would drive people away from joining up or playing the game at all guys.

I suggested them on the basis that both nations were at war with nations involved in the Napoleonic Wars, and despite the conflicts being minor on the scale of things were still well in the scope of the backdrop.

But if you guys are happy with staying with just two factions go ahead. I just thought it would be an interesting idea.

Meh, I don't think more factions will fit very well with this mod.
I mean people will just want to play this either to bash the English or to destroy the traitors also known as the Americans.

I understand that, but there is only so much interest you can get with the setting. I'm having trouble trying to convince half my guys, most of which are American in giving the mod a chance because it is so close to the bone to the DLC itself.

Well considering you bring 5 guys to an event, I don't think it will be a problem.

We're all too busy triple teaming your mother multiple times upstairs. Ask her about it.

I don't pay attention much now so correct me if I am wrong but as I can make out it was one big angry weird ass blur, something about backlash over a really old post swollen thread being closed because it was actually hurting forum performance and some people went crazy over it. Then finger pointing and arguments began and it all snow balled a bit into something silly.

Yeah you are wrong. I don't think Pride had anything at all to do with it. But no doubt you did.

Yeah, I'm the evil puppet master pulling the strings. You've foiled my plan, uncovered my secret meth empire and showed the world my true evils. All that is missing really is the board with all the little red ribbons of proof.

The only reason why people reacted was probably due to the little taunt Malakith added on our new thread. It was something along the lines of "Enjoy your new shiny thread" or something like that.

I'm thinking some of those guys over reacted and read into something not there just a wee bit.
