Title: Bring back the old melee and add the Ottomon Empire Faction

The current melee system is noticeably worse than the previous version. Any chance we can have the old one back?

Was there any reason to add the Army of the Rhine? I mean, Germans already have Austria and Prussia to wet themselves. Surely having the Ottomon Empire would have added more flavour? Imagine camels and sworded infantry! Alot of Turks play NW too.

My rant over. Give us a kebab!
