I don't think they do. I remember 2012 DA being very forumphobic for the most part, they would do a lot of stuff just over Steam or TeamSpeak when setting stuff up with the old UA. That's how I remember it, though. Colonels didn't have to do much, especially me, so it's unclear.

The Union Army is an Army for all Union Regiments + Confederates for it's Confederate Division. The Union Army is NA/EU.
The Union Brigade is a Brigade in the DA for Union regiments, the DA is mainly NA.
For all the Confederates leaving the DA and for all the Unionist not good enough for the UA.that discription xD

can't tell if this is NA or EU or both, but i'm sure it says it somewhere, anyways the Union Brigade in the DA TS is wanting to form it own Union Army since we are getting a bit bigger, but only have about 4-5 active regiments(1stMN,1stDE, 10TN, 1stMIVS, WMPA)
