We did not discuss anything after Morgoth and Ledger left.And basically noone was decided to be leader,but as this tournament is already getting fucked up to be honest (no offense to you Herishey,just let Balkan team disband.

There's not much I can do if players break rules such as playing for the wrong nations as it is not real life I really can't prove shit so if this rule is broken it's down to the players not the host. Sadly the NW community is pretty shit in that aspect.
