What do you mean by steam guide? I wouldn't mind in any case though. The officials can have it if they want it.

Steam guides are a new feature that allows people to make guides that the player can read ingame or in his spare time on steam.

If you open your community hub for Mount&Blade: Warband you will get a few tabs on the top, Guides should be on the last.
