Spoiler
Midnight I just looked it up for you.
Average calory consumption is around 2400 (using Harris-Benedict-equation), sounds realistic, id go down smthg like 100-200 Calories in terms of food and the rest by sports/moving around.
I also went down ~20kg 3 years ago... Just skip all the junk (meaning crisps, soda -> stick to sugar free stuff if you have appetite, Water, Tea etc. are the way to go. Skip, pizza etc or cook it yourself so you know the ). There's no need to count that strict tbh, just make a rough estimate of what you eat and how much of it, food needs to be dependent of you, not you of the food.
Rest is quiet logical... Do much sports (no useless Shit like jogging 10 hrs each day, only if you want to build stamina but there are also better ways) such as soccer basketball etc., work out (while sticking to heavy weights and normal rep numbers, no need to do 1000 with 1 kg) and if you do cardio then HIIT, which is a lot more fun and effective.
Stay in move during the day and most importantly be patient. For the macros just look that you get ~150 g of protein. Weigh yourself in the morning each day and don't be afraid if it's higher sometimes, the change from week to week counts as the weight number doesn't rely only on fat, meaning you may have lost fat even tho you weigh more due to water etc.
If you're very serious you may count calories, but it's pretty annoying for me personally, I was just looking that I don't overdo it..
But you really need to be patient, it took me around 1 1/2 years to get where I wanted to get to. On the other hand you shouldn't restrict yourself from everything, like if you're out with a girl you won't eat a fucking salad if she's eating pizza. Just reduce the general amount of junk you eat to like once a week and look for good recipes that you can use instead of fast food (you can make a good pizza yourself which is better than some frost-shit).

Summary:
- much Sports
- stop eating Shit
- drink much water
- stay active
- be patient

Thanks for the advice my man. I'll definitely hit you up with any questions. I've heard of HIIT before but it seemed a bit too tenuous due to my physical induced asthma.

What are you eating? How tall are you (in Meters pls) and how much Do you weigh?
I'm eating a lot more healthier than I used to. I used to frequent sodas and fast food and down whole boxes of junk, now I don't touch soda anymore and stick with water. I'm very mindful of the things I eat, and I've been portioning myself for the most part in my meals as much as I can.

Height and Weight
Weight (250lbs = 113.398kg)
Height (6'0 = 182.88 centimeters)

Midnight, if u want some advice, hit me up

I used to weigh more when I was 15 and 25 CM shorter than I am now.

I'm 6'1 and weigh 73kg right now, cut quite alot for lifting and mountainbiking/Airsoft competitions.
Lifting does help your overall physique but if you want to get rid of fat then you need to do cardio, the devil's creation.
It's all about dedication too, I only started properly caring after I had some results of myself being in a better shape, drinking water really helped with that.

and after that you might become a cool larper like me
