Random Game Crashes HELP!!!!

Hello guys
i have a problem when i am playing M&B Napoleonic wars my game just randomly crash (i think) windows says that a problem has bean started (or something like that)
and this just happened randomly when i am in game. in LB or when i just play in a sever! like cav group fighting!  :'(

Please help me and let me know if you guy have a solution!!!  :D
