My Ping is Glitched

1. Is my game broken.
2. Possible DDos attack?
     
     Alright my ping has always been great and I have very good download speed! My internet is fine and all the other games accept NW! Developers is there anything i can do to fix this?! My Ping averages 200 or more on every server I go on!



P.S. I am new to the forums and do not know how to make my image bigger sorry for the 16Pixels.
