I downloaded the patch but still no fix for lag issues for me, I live in Brazil and all the servers with more than 50 people lag every 30 seconds. I can play with other 200 people in NW so I don't believe the problem is me.

An animation for calling the medic would be great, I mean, there's no way of knowing if a soldier is needing medical assistance or not.

Gokiller there was an event arranged for tonight. (As we were told the mod would be released today.)

It's never smart to host events on a day of the mods release while you have no clue at what time it will be released.  I've my bets on it that it is the reason why the official release event is two days after the day of the release.
