Something we are still talking about, I think we will have head reff's who will help out with adding changes to the document, but the rosters that are taken from the Google Doc will be copy and pasted into the server scripts by myself and Gi every Friday.

During the recent NANWL League on NA, there was a rather important issue of Moderators not adding people to the roster but giving the okay on Steam for them to play. Most of those people were never added because of the laziness of certain moderators or were simply forgot, was just asking because I wouldn't want the same issue to happen here as well.
