So there are no places, no? 20 teams are already fully staffed, + besides, I tried to register the [BIR] regiment, and many many - but they did not have enough space: /

Is it legal to register another team when all the seats are full and there are no more seats in the Tournament?
Or has Voluble made the decision to expand the tournament to 24 teams in the League?

I believe Chainsor was going to speak to you if he hasn't already about a potential slot but you can sign up to be on the waiting list so new sign-ups are still allowed.
