i found v-sync stops tearing
As for stuttering. I had it in the past and it was something to do with my GPU, so i got a replacement.
Maybe check your ram freqz if its correct

« on: August 08, 2020, 11:58:51 pm »1.4 Minimum attendance to matches is 50 players, should one team bring less, the opposition may still field at least 50. If teams bring greater than 50 players, the maximum one team can outnumber the other is dependant on the number of players the smallest team has:
- 50-59 (+2) (max specials 10)
- 60-69 (+3) (max specials raised to 12)
- 70+ (+4) (max specials raised to 14)
As a light boi cpt I think that would work fine, it scales nicely against the lines like below, the percentage is the amount of the team which is made of lights & cav.
20/50 = 40%
20/55 = 36%
24/60 = 40%
24/65 = 37%
28/70 = 40%
28/75 = 37%
28/80 = 35%
28/85 = 33%
To keep it 40% would be too micro managing i believe (pain in the arse for admins and the leaders), as to keep it 40% for 55 per side would mean 22 specials. So matching it with the 10 man jump in attendance & the +2,3,4 either side makes sense.

| Information The 77y is a International regiment under the banners of the Russian Empire, with a long, rich history in the community, being founded in 2009. The general behaviour of the regiment is relaxed and casual with a focus on having fun in the game instead of loud shouting and ordering around. We currently are fielding 3 detachments, Line Infantry, Light Infantry and Artillery. Each detachment provides a different playstyle and experience during events. This is because of the range of formations, ranks and commands vary between each one. However all three provide the enjoyable experience both we and others in the community seek. Furthermore each detachment play a range of events from Linebattles, Sieges, Trenchbattles, GroupFights and Conquests. With all our events optional, nothing stopping you from playing with a different detachment everyday and no attendance requirement to stay within the regiment. Furthermore for players who wish to play the more competitive side of NW, Spooky set up a 77y Groupfighting Team going up against both regiments and dedicated GF teams. When we are not having fun in Napoleonic Wars, we play a variety of other games together such as ArmA, Crusader Kings 2, D&D and more. Interested in joining? Just add one of the following people below and they shall induct you into the regiment, telling you everything you need to know such as event times, where to go for events and our in-game tags.    |  A 77y member enjoying his favourite beverage |

What games do you play now?: NW, playing alittle of stellaris but thats it
Any unit/regiment type infrastructure?: Rifles/Lights in a casual reg
Are you coming back to the community when BCoF or Bannerlord comes out? (>implying): Aye, still here
What do you do in the real world (job/hobbies): My role is CNC programmer, but my full title is Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer, I operate and program machines like this, this and this. As for hobbies, its CNC machining and I love road cycling. Got a Trek Madone SLR and looking to make some hill climbing bike to weight 6-7kg.
