North American Napoleonic Melee Depletion Tournament

Concept

The name of the game is Melee Depletion. There will be 64 contenders (with 36 backups) and will start off with 2 teams of 32. These teams will be made from an random online generator. If the teams are too stacked they will be evened out or we will re-roll for new teams. Each round will consist of team sizes getting smaller and smaller until it's a 1v1 duel. Teamspeak will be used for this tournament so make sure you have it download and ready.

Round One:Round 1 will consist of 2 teams with 32 players vs 32 players in a first 3 groupfight.

Round Two:The winning 32 will then be halved to 16 vs 16 to fight another first to 3.

Round Three:The winning 16 will then be halved to 8 vs 8 to fight another first to 3.

Round Four:The winning 8 will then be halved to 4 vs 4 to fight another first to 3.

Round Five:The winning 4 will then be halved to 2 vs 2 to fight another first to 3.

Round Six:The winning 2 will then duel to the death in a first to 3.

Team Leaders

Team Leaders will be assigned or voted for by teams. They will get priority speaker to help lead each team to victory. Players with Regimental and Groupfighting experience should volunteer to be a Team Leader.

The tournament will take place on Wednesday March 23th at 7est

Rules

1. This tournament will be single elimination.

2. No Shooting, No Fists.

3. No swords, Only bayonets.

4. Only line infantry.

5. Listen to the organizers/Referees. There calls go. Do not disrespect them or anyone in this tournament.

6. no trolling will be allowed. Trolling will result in a ban from this event and the server.

7. Have fun!

8. Everyone that signs up will be added to the list of players. If someone has a problem with another player address it to me over pm's on fse or on steam.

9. If a team does not respond in 5 minutes of their match being called, it will be a forfeit.

10. Show up in teamspeak and be ready to listen so the tournament can run smoothly.
