I think its best to change things up with a different kind of tournament

Its inevitable,if they are in a team that keeps losing then they are bound not to attend and this effects the entire league.

I think that would be the real problem with both the draft and scramble

Tbf it can be a real problem with any of the options, just depends on the player.

Since the majority of the players in this community are soft sensitive pussies, draft and scramble  will not work because majority of the players on the losing teams will

A. Blame the others on their team for their losing record (Theodin)

B. Get put on a team with people they don't like, and instead of sucking it up, will bitch and moan and talk shit about people on said team (Maccle)

C. Perform poorly, and whine and blame it on "rust" despite being back in the game for months (Maple/Jackie)
