I would use it to buy admin on FSE  ::)

I'd also buy myself some friends and have a regiment with a fully integrated payment through paypal so people are actually payed semi accurate soldier's pay of the era. In this way, I get loyalty and large amounts of people.

Buy the entire Norwegian fossil fuel industry, and literally set fire to it.

After that I would probably buy a mountain and order its immediate transformation into my personal doom fortress. At that point I would consider my existence more or less complete.
