My main reason for putting mercarmy behind us was that during our match we were practically down a man (he had unplayable ping and got like 1 kill the entire match) and we almost beat them. It could of been a fluke on their behalf but i just feel like against other teams they won't do too hot. I could be wrong though

Just because I added some people who you don't know because you're a secluded cuck doesnt mean that my list is dumb. Finally I was questioning weather or not I should add suns to my list. He has not been playing good lately even though he is one of my favorite people in the NW community he is not inform right now and if you ask him he will probably say the same thing and probably will even come up with some people that are inform that you could replace him with. I think that Theodin is pretty accurate right there. I haven't seen anything from Cade in a long while though, so I can't really say much about him.I've known Cade, or Cadesa, for my entire playing time, and he's always been skilled (on my level imo) but he doesn't participate in many competitive tournaments or leagues. He doesn't get the attention others do, and that's why he's not in my top 10 in form, because while he may be, he hasn't shown it in much competition. Now, Maple's tourney was attention, and that's great, I just need to see more of that before he gets in.
If you're really going to get mad about it, i'll explain.
Swerp - Swerp is always really good, and always gets underesetimated, and I never doubt his skill and consistency.
Bill - The King of practice himself. I haven't seen him perform anywhere close to where he says he can, especially in high pressure moments. When you don't take part in tournaments, and when you do and choke, you shouldn't be on the "in form" list.
Pinoy - Always underestimated, has a very good skill set especially in groupfighting. He was 10 on Vortex's list, and that's a good place.
Maccle - I'm sorry why? What have you done lately that's in form? Your 2v2 performance was shaky at best, and I didn't see anything special that made you stand out on a top 10 in form list. I'd put you somewhere between 15-25.
Vortex - Not even on his own list. He made an impact in the 2v2, and he was a great teammate, but he deserves to be somewhere between 11-15. Big moment impact, high pressure form, is what we look at, and I think (and I say this with great respect for him) until his high pressure play improves he should be kept off the top 10. Again, he didn't even put himself on his top 10 list. That's mad respect.
Cade - I've been saying this for literal years, this guy is awesome. However, he doesn't have the big moment experience just yet. But that will come.
Runepykz - Should be just outside the top 10. Great supporting player, but needs to make the jump into the top 10 still. His performance with Apoc in the 2v2 tournament was amazing, and he's a player on the rise. He'll be top 10 in the near future if he stays on course.
Winters - usmc one (Prob should be PJ) - Yes, it should be PJ. Winters is getting better, but he is nowhere near the top 20 yet. He's making the jump into the big leagues, but he's for sure not top 10 quite yet.
Killershark (Prob should be Dodge/Suns) - Killershark is a great dude, and a solid meleer, but he's not a star player. He's again, a great support player, one of the best and most experienced community members, but not top 10 worthy.
Suns and Russian are two of the best groupfighters right now. Russian is miles ahead of almost anyone playing. His linebattles and groupfight numbers are unreal. The bigger the moment, the better he plays, and this guy single handedly wins events for the 71st. I think he's in his peak, but with Russian, the peak always gets higher. There is for sure a place for him in the top 10. Now, our boy Suns is the same, always has high numbers and you always notice him. As well, his maturity level grows and grows, and he's just all around awesome. He needs to be in the top 10.
Asian is iffy, but with Asian it's the consistency that gets him up there. For a reg leader to stay that good for years is unreal, and from what I've seen he's always made a huge difference for his regiment. That holds true today.
Tammo is also iffy, but for a guy who used to be number, he's kept a lot of his skill, and still is a presence to be reckoned with on the field. He's also one of the smarter people in the melee scene. For sure in form.
Godfried ofc deserves to be up there. Apoc is questionable, but that boy just won a groupfighting tournament, so i'd keep him up there as well.

You know the community is bad when they think Bill is an actual skilled player...literally lost every tournament he's entered except for one (small) duel tournament because emo couldn't make it. People always ask me about our "beef", and it's just him being upset/salty that we ft7ed 8 times and he's never won. He goes as far as to call people hackers (Myself, Jackie, any player better than him). I still can't understand how people can tolerate him/ be friends with him. Just because you can hold for minutes on end and kill baddies on NAGF doesn't mean you have skill.Bill isn't horrible. He has some really close scores against a lot of the top players and does good in lbs. he's no where near as good as he thinks tho.

A2a) Now I believe Gluk has somewhat the right idea with his 'Bring back NA1' but I disagree with actually bringing back NA1 (I hated that server, singlehandedly killed my desire to pub). What I'd like to do instead is work with members of the community to open up multiple pub servers, 1 on battle like NA1, but improving on things that I viewed as annoyances from NA1 (like combat speed being on medium), another on TDM, DM, Siege, Naval Battle. I will, of course, commit my own server to this.
The purpose of these servers are of course to promote competitive players to mix with pub players etc, and to advertise the larger community to smaller regiments/pub players.
Recruitment on these servers would be open to any regiment that allows recruitment on their own servers.
2b)I'd like to bring back PUGs
2c) I'd like to host some competitions that can include both non-competitive and competitive players/regiments, starting hopefully with bringing back your coaching competition.

Alright, i'll just explain it then. If you can beat a player consistently in ft7's you are better than that individual player. If you beat them in groupfighting consistently you are better than that TEAM, not player. Groupfighting is a team effort and is not reflective on any singular player. The team is only successful because of it's different parts. IE: AP0C, Alexander, and myself beating others in 3v3s; just because we beat that team does not mean that we are individually better than the opposing players. Yes. Because if you only have 1 option for a server, let's say battle, and have 100 players, 20 of them are willing to play battle and the other 80 are not, then that's 80 inactive players. If you have 5 servers, 20 like battle, 20 like siege, 20 like tdm, 20 like dm, 20 like naval battle, then sure you don't populate 1 whole server but you get people to be active in the servers they like.

It's not about me not liking him as a personSpecifically mentioning footwork..
His skill is quite up for debate though which is why I asked those questions.
The answer he gave is totally bogus. AsianP has better timing, RitZ + Maple + 10 others have better feints. Don't even get me started on the S keying he calls footwork.
The only thing he has are holds. While effective, it is basically the most BM thing you can do. It's understandable to hold against people trying to do nothing but chamber, but when you hold too much it literally becomes who can take more boredom. A few of Bills ft7 have been 20-30 minutes long because of this. That isn't skill.
People are starting to realize that it's an easy way to win, too. You are beginning to do it too Raf, not to the same extent though. PJ is starting to do it. Half a mind to take you both of thr list as well. It was disturbing watching what PJ did in the tourny. Poor Godfreid.

Just because I can hold shut down your aggressive chambering style. Doesn't warrant taking me off. Saying what I do doesn't take skill? Doesn't take skill to not fall for a hold, but you do because you want to chamber. If you wanted to counter my hold you would block everytime and not try to chamber unless you were 100% you'd hit it

Holding helps my timing especially in groupfighting, I do not need to do it to beat any of you bums. I use my offense as my defense while a ton of you guys use autoblock (you know who you are) as your defense.

Patience doesn't require doing well, or expertise, it's a characteristic relative to someones personality and their environment. Therefore, while good patience is a tool, it's not a skill. You don't need to be good with or knowledgeable about the game mechanics to be patient.

Patience doesn't require doing well, or expertise, it's a characteristic relative to someones personality and their environment. Therefore, while good patience is a tool, it's not a skill. You don't need to be good with or knowledgeable about the game mechanics to be patient.

When you're playing and are under immense pressure from somebody because they're in your face, feinting, etc., it pays to be able to maintain composure so that you don't do something reckless and let your guard down, which is what they're looking for. It's not a mechanic in the game itself like chambering, feinting, and blocking are, but it does affect how you have to play against other people, and this is similar to having the skill to adapt to someone's playstyle. I don't think you really understood what I was saying since you thought it was a strawman. I'm saying that having patience is used to maintain composure (since patience isn't really used for anything else, at least as far as I can tell), which is a doing that you can either do well or not, which is a skill under the definition you provided. I don't know why you wouldn't consider adaptation a skill, too. Surely that's something else that you can do better or worse than other people. Not everyone plays the game intuitively and there's often a lot of thought that goes into observing and adapting to a playstyle. In this entire Groupfight, it never came down to a single 1v1. No one won a 1v2+ either. Took me like 10m to make the format and 5 mins to find the 2 screenshots within this video of the score and add them inNo offence but me and a few other people were purposely killing team mates after rounds so this ain't really a good judge of skillz
