Looking for a Friendly Regiment to Share my TS with :)

I have a section of a very small ts to do whatever I like with and I am very good friends with the owner I would like to share it with a preferably smallish regiment (8-12 to a lb) just to form a sort of mini community and help each other out and support each other.
