I dont have photoshop :p, plus my life is busy all the time.. if Marching band, School Plays, or staying after.. and during the summer I go to the UK for a month and go on vaca.. and when im free im at work.. so my life is horrible lol.. but those times I do have free I'm leading my regiment or im modding..

Fair enough sounds pretty exhausting. I would suggest using Paint.net, but I've just dragged in a piece and it doesn't show up to be as detailed as it would in be Photoshop... xd

There's not much difference between both applications. I prefer using Photoshop because it's simply more powerful.
