No Sound

I was play North and South for a bit, when suddenly, the audio cut out and I cant get it back on any warband module, Ive verified my cache etc, checked that disable music and sound were unchecked, and restareted my PC, Other games work perfectly, and ive been playing for a year with no problems. The Taleworlds intro has sound.


Any Ideas?

You say you've tried validating, but have you also tried reinstalling the game? Could work

Delete your audio files manually from your folder, delete your game from steam then re-install it. That's what I did to fix textures so I presume it will also fix audio.

I once got that with NTW could be a txt file that fucked it up or not i wished i could help

Cant be, ive verified, completely obliterated Warband from my pc and put it on again. Must be warband suddenly hating my hardware.
