Lags... Need help please

I get 70 ping but it keeps lagging constantly.. I don't know what exactly the problem is. I used to have 100 before but it never lagged for a second

It seems that you lack of RAM (random access memory) in your computer. You could help fix this issue by downloading a bit more ram, it's free and easy.
