What I think Andee is trying to say is that he only wants reputable and trustworthy regiments in his event so they are guaranteed to show up and not cause any to minimal problems while in the event. It is not your name, you are just not known in his eyes.

Zombie, it might not also be about the trustworthy shiz, it might be the amount of people you have in your average attendance, which I guess does play with trustworthy.
