Actually i heard a lot of sad stories in the Napoleonic war community. One regimental leader lost family members in a car accident, and he didn't play NW since that day. After that his regiment split, i guess it must be painful for him. He was informed when he was playing NW with his regiment. I am sorry to mention about this.

Though I don't play anymore I don't regret buying it. I do regret not spending ad much time with my friends as I could have because of this game, but no I don't regret buying it.

I can't believe I played this game for two years. I remember when I was 15 and I thought I was the shit because I could beat everyone with my 1337 bayon3t skillz and 2 direckshunal blocks. And I had alot of fun actually.

Now I realize this game is retarded and in no way as competitive and skill-requiring as I thought. I look back on the weekends and friday nights wasted on this trash mod with regret, but then I remember I had some dumb fun playing it, so maybe not all was lost.

The game still fucking sucks though.

This game was the best game I bought in years. Not because it was the perfect game, but because of the friends I made while playing it and all the fun I had with them. I also improved a lot with my modding, learnt a bit how to make models, etc.

Even though I rarely play anymore (I've been playing native far more often), NW will always have a little soft spot in my heart, right next to Battle Grounds II.
