Giving away the [Killbox] server files (Details below)

Recently I came back into NW after Killbox was dead for a while. I won't go into too much detail with this one but the files legitimately were taken out of hand by the 65y and they are using it to advertise for their regiment and to *Bolster* the look of their regiment, as I am unable to tell them to delete the files as they appear to have blocked me on steam. Long story short, they will not back down from what they've done and what I will do in order to counter it is to make the Killbox server files open source for the ability of everyone to use:

I stilly am sad about me failing to prevent this happening, but there was nothing I could do when SirHenri left NW and the idiots took over the server.

Well it origins from SirHenri and was passed forward from host to host, eventually going down. I dont see any legal right for him to now publicing the files which are to be run exclusively on the killbox server. I will talk to SirHenri and probably Gax about taking down the mega link for copyright infringement. Looks like they didn't gave a fuck really.

He just uploaded it after we denied him his old position for being just one of the many old hosters which all abandoned the project several times.

So it's the classic salty revenge upload.

Right. I have looked into this matter and for the sake of publicity information to the community (as this thread has been viewed 500 times and it is an 'open matter':

It seems that there is no problem any longer. The 65y and with that, Rhinosmyth, are no longer using the original KB server files, rather took another modpack and edited that, enhancing it slightly. They do still use the maps, but they have explicit permission to use the maps from the KB server. There is proof for this, which I have seen myself.

Killbox_Official (AKA McScott) has received ownership of the files and can upload them as he wishes. His claims regarding the illegality of their use of the files doesn't hold.

I hope I have suffciently cleared up this matter. any questions can be raised with me personally, via steam (link in signature), or via PMs on this forum.
