To recruit for the
Greek Master Race Regiment, we just join with regiment tags, spam "ελληνες?" or something similiar, and just sit back and watch the recruits flow in, like bosses.
On a serious note, I have no idea why a new guy would chose one obscure regiment over another, especially if he/she is unfailiar with the NW community. It's often, Imo, a case of "first come, first serve" when grabbing most of the recruits... The 57th asked me to join before the 33rd? Oh well, Ill join them then, simply 'cause they asked first.
Of course, those looking for a reg/clan of only one nationality (eg Greek only, German Only, Polak only etc.), weill have a considerably easier time, simply by recruiting in their native language, without having to worry too much about competition from others...
