You dont need to use a website for text.

I use pixlr and gimp. Dont think there is text on pixlr. And i just got GIMP, so I am still trying to figure it out

You should use more than one don't my dear download photoshop and learn how to use it, it will be one of the greatest decisions of your life.

My pc wont "work" with photoshop. Getting a new and faster pc soon
