Server set up Need Help

I'm trying to work out bugs from my server off of blue fang and I've had issues with it kicking everyone and crashing. when I switched it to NW it was completely fine and ran great any suggestions on how to fix this issue? I have reset all my files to default server files that blue fang provides and i still have the issue.
