A new feature has been added for refs - referees can now lock either the right or left team (or both) to a specific roster! For example, If I locked the left team to the 33rd and the right team to the 77y, only those on each roster can join one of those teams.

yep, I think it works, first test will be 5th vs 57thTR tonight

I haven't ignored the other ref applications, I just want to slowly introduce refs when we don't have enough, rather than end up with lots of inactive refs that people try to contact and get no reply from (i've seen it happen in other tourneys)

Well I mean I am free tonight for example, like I put on my app I have been a reff in quite a few tourneys as well as hosting em so you can count on me boss!
