You accuse one of my administrators of abusing his power. I will now go through each accusation and describe not only how incorrect you are, but how he was in fact doing a proper job.
Your first accusation: " He threatened people who were pointing their guns at others".
I see no reason this is was used as an accusation. Allies should never point their muskets at another ally. This behavior is only used to make the ally think they are going to be shot, and to respond in a similar manner. By warning against such activity, the administrator was stopping an incident from escalating to the point where people would need to be removed.
Second accusation: "kicked people for vague reasons (telling the reason why after they were kicked)".
There is a quote in Latin everyone sees upon entering the server: "Ignorantia juris non excusat". Translated, it means that ignorance is no excuse. If you join our servers you are expected to know and follow the rules of the server. If you are kicked, it is for breaking said rules and you should know which one it was that you were kicked for. The explanation given afterword is a courtesy for those who still play. It raises awareness not only of why, but also reinforces whatever it was that the rule breaker did, in an effort to avoid someone else breaking the same rule. If the offender truly wanted to know why they were kicked, they simply could come back in and ask anyone, and the reason would be given. Or, they could simply look at the server rules on the website and all would be fixed. This leads us to your third accusation.
"temp banned several people who were new to the game"
This is a common train of thought I see with rule breakers. My response is, why should apparent newness beget laxity in the execution of the rules? As I have said before, Ignorance is No Excuse. All of our players are treated on an equal playing field, for better or for worse. Even if we did do this, how would an admin know that they are new? We have several different communities of players that sometimes do not entirely mesh. Sometimes, veteran EU players come onto US, and are taken as being new, simply because EU and US do not connect all too often. By clearing the playing-field, by presenting each rule infraction separated from player rank or identity or length of play, we provide a more accurate and consistent execution. This accusation, like the first two, is entirely moot.
Now, you come to me and my boss with these accusations. Yet before you obtain a response you insist on claiming my administration is childlike, petty, and potentially pedophiles. First of all, claiming that using reddit can thus link a person to child pornography is so absurd it weakened your cause further. You assert that our community handling is poor, but then make vapid, generalised, lackluster reasonings for it.
Let me just copy what you sent us verbatim.
"It doesn't help that it turns out that the majority of your admins are children under the age of 18"
"including users of a site called Reddit, which you may have heard was used for the purpose of trafficking child pornography."
"They showed themselves as being incredibly immature and disrespectful to someone who has paid money to your company"
"You have literal children acting as the public face for your company"
As I said previously, vapid, generalizing, and lackluster. Your assertions that a majority of them are children are not taken from facts. Your continuous desire to implicate my administration to child pornography is an act of true comedy. You over-indulgence in the belief that you yourself can hurt our business is insolent and crude. Paying for a product does not, at any point, remove the ability for the administration to hold you accountable for rule infractions.
So, he we are at the end of this journey, and let me end it by explaining why you will never be allowed back on the official servers (unless you purchase a new key, check out the New User Corollary for details!)
When You decided to say you wished to see one of our Admins shot in a school shooting, When You decided to publicly mock the administration for trying to keep the server a fun place to play, you lost rights to our server and our resources.
You could try one of the many, many non official servers! They lack a specific rule set, and may provide the atmosphere you could enjoy.
