Our Regiment was formed in late November and early December 2017 and has grown considerably since it's creation, it is made from brand new players, old regulars and veatrans from other regiments and games. We are mostly a line infantry regiment at the point of writing but we are looking to expand to other roles as we are a regiment of varied interests and skills. Our regiment is always evolving and changing in small and big ways and we would love to hear input from all our members

In the 88th CR, we expect our Enlisted troops to be loyal, brave, and most of all, one of the most crucial things in Napoleonic Era regiment, competent. Historically lines worked like phalanxes. If one troop, only one troop does something out of place, or against superiors, it will contradict the entire system of the line. What we want from our troops is the ability to follow orders, and... to act without mercy.
Recruits: We expect from recruits that what they lack in experience they can make up for in enthusiasm and discipline. We have good and experienced NCOs that have experience in making soldiers from boys and listening to them will do any solid recruit good. We also expect that they don't do anything too rash in order to make an impression and be noticed. Be patient! Promotions will come if you do your duty diligently and not make any silly errors.
