Anyway. Figured I outta put my 2 cents in here..

I don't think the title of the thread was inaccurate, but I do see how the wording could have appeared it to be a little misleading. No one can argue that the 1stEPI is the oldest as far as THIS community is concerned, as well as the first in the North American community, but I can see how a small argument could be made about the life of the organization itself. I know the EPI existed under a different name before moving to MM, but we attribute the birthday of this organization as the day that the regiment started within THIS community.

I do believe that there are older gaming groups that have moved into and become active within NW, and if you would consider them as being "the oldest," then I can somewhat understand.
