Sorry. Can't really do it myself, all my animations pretty much had only one frame. I doubt I would be able to make any animations now as i've completely forgotten the process.

Unfortunately not. my current job pretty much prevents me from making any skins. Might try to do some over christmas when i have time off. perhap a christmas present for the community

Hai, so when I do install more than two skins they'll replace each other so If i get the Prussian skin first it works, but when I'll add the Austrian Grenadier Skin the prussian one gets replaced and has textures missing...
Can somebody help me? I want to know how to have more than 1 skin installed :/

You will want to use openBRF, where you can add/modify/delete uniforms and add in new materials/textures.
