Caps Lock. When the first started to use it I had to get used to accidentally typing in all caps a couple times.
Of course, I also think lines should be able to move in double rank without having emotional breakdowns.

I'm one of those snobs who always gets those five button laser mice, so it usually one of the side buttons for easy thumb access.

Numpad 0, probably the least used button the keyboard unless you play sims.

I use Voice Activation because I am amazing.
