I use ~, I changed "view equipment" to q, and quest tab to left-alt.

I have mouse button 5 as Push to talk, and mouse button 4 as whisper.
It enables me to move my mouse, and still have a hand free for keyboard.

For NW controls I reversed my left and right mousebutton, so attacking is right and blocking is left.

I use mouse 5 for push to talk and mouse 4 for whisper.

My push-to-talk key is alt, though some people might find that a bit odd. I'm just used to it I guess.
