Well, I'm finally going to do Napoleonic and join the 9eme as drummer together with a friend from my NW-Regiment (lolz I know). I'm really looking forward to the first exercises.  :D

I've been into Medieval Reenactment (primarily 13th century) for over a year now, and it's been bloody fantastic.
I was practically brought up with it, with my Dad having done it since he was about 17, but it's only been since 2013 that I've taken to the battlefield myself!

I currently don't have the cash to drop on the few Matchlocks I see for sale; so I am using a Pike and cuirass until I can find a well priced Matchlock.

I'm going to be venturing into WW1 soon with my first event in November at the Newville, PA trench battlefield. Super excited! Going to be portraying a Brunswicker Stormtrooper.

That sounds really cool actually, I'm very jelly. I can't think of many Indian War units in the US for reasons.

A machine gun crew? Sounds awesome. Something like that is quite impossible here.
