I'll post British Units for you, you should also take into account other regiments outside of Portsmouth area as Units have events all over the country, to prewarn you if ye aint willing to travel around, Re-enacting may not be for you.

I have seen many reenactments up at the royal armories at fort nelson and a little reenactment at Carisbrook Castle (If you are willing to get your vaccinations of course). Up in Winchester there is also a bit I believe, try visiting the rifles museum and the 67th Regiment of Foot (South Hampshire) museum I believe they would all be a great place to visit if you are interested in reenactment. Hampshire is probably one of the best places in England to reenact considering we have such massive amounts of military history.

P.S. Pompey is a wasteland.
