PETITION: To Add Grenades Into Napoleonic Wars for Grenadier Class

Pretty certain grenades were used by grenadiers before the late years of the Napoleonic Wars 1814-1815+
And I meant like very early 1800s.

Thus the rank of grenadier became honorary in that regard for the elite soldiers like the French Old Guard.
While it is a nice idea, this is better put into a test as a modification and should be in everyway possible but since these grenades were tossed into enemy lines it should only disrupt and cause light to medium damage in-game, definitely not a one-hit killing weapon else it would be unbalanced. Grenades are chaotic and unwieldy weapons.

I can imagine both sides charging into melee and a grenade is thrown right between allied soldiers and enemy soldiers squaring off.

PETITION FOR GRENADES TO BE ADDED AS EQUIPMENT FOR GRENADIER CLASS


Wouldn't it be great if Napoleonic Wars had a weakened Grenadier Class in terms of ranged but that had a supply of 1-2 Grenades that when hit the ground would cause a small radius of shrapnel that at close range could have a devestating effect on an enemy charge. For any of you out there that have played with fire and sword and remember the grenades it that my idea is pretty much the same. I think that it would be a great idea if Grenadiers actually had grenades like they historically did. If you agree with me and want to support the idea or have a variation of this idea post below!

I don't know why are all of you against this. It could be done, but not that every grenadier has grenade but to add subclass (like drummer) which will carry 1 or 2 grenades. And on events number of grenade players would be limited to max 2,3 per grenadier regiment.
