Glad to see this going well.

Sorry I couldn't attend last night, spending some time with family. Can't wait for next week.

I had a lot of fun last week, I'll certainly arrive tomorrow to play as a pub player should the event still be happening with the holidays and all.

It's still scheduled, but I doubt we'll see as large a server population.

Regiment Name: 1. Lutzows Freikorps Infantry Battalion
Regiment Leader: Millander
Leader's Steam: [1.FKI] Millander
Estimated Attendance 25+ (hard to predict just got allot new guys via steam sales)
Desired Role: Infantry de ligne

We played last week however I forgot to apply. Will we be ingame next time since we were there as of last?
Of course, I also think lines should be able to move in double rank without having emotional breakdowns.

1st Svea LivGardet and 74th added to attending groups from waiting list. 75th and 1stFKI added to waiting list.

Lime and Millander you're in for waiting list. I can't let you come this time because I expect a larger amount of people will be attending. 44ste has informed me that they will not be coming today. To let those trying to get in I will remove those that do not make the battle without telling me or bad conduct. So make sure you review the rules! No arty or cavalry roles have been filled out. I strongly urge you guys to do that, no special reservations will be made; it's weekly. 93e is signing up for cavalry for tonight. As it is there will be no artillery unless signed up for or taken in 10 minutes.

Edit: Everyone hop in 208.115.245.98:9989 before 8pm EST for the password and role assignments. We still need another cavalry and artillery slot taken, so feel free to sign up for this week.

Good battle guys, I'm changing the system a bit so listen up. You can now request a permanent role for your regiment, ex: skirmisher regiment permanent role in skirmishers.

Enjoyed the lb but the lack of arty and skirms showed.  The amount of camping started to kill the fun for me especially when it turned to just one team attacking and one always defending.  I am sure i will Vol again for peppers guys.

*Note this is just my opinion.  I am not speaking for the people I Vol for.

I think it was the maps, typically hill positions would make it dangerous to leave or enter them.

Well every map is going to have hills.  There is nothing you can really do about that.  But you can force people on and off hills with skirms and arty.  It keep people from just camping on the largest hill in the corner of the map and not budging the whole battle.  This battle to me felt like who had the better camping position than it was about out smarting and out maneuvering the enemy.

I am posting this because its the way I think line battles should play like.    And I was told you wanted criticism so I thought I would post and give you my thoughts.
