I have a problem with both the Westphalia and Wurttemberg file, whenever I try to open the archive it says this;

Is there a way to get around this or am I just being stupid?

I used the RAR5 compression for it. 7zip just can't extract RAR5 archives. Just use WinRAR.
And unfortunatley 7-zip hasn't implemented RAR5 or atleast created some kind of info that it can't extract all rar archives. The same problem goes for any WinRAR that hasn't reached V5 yet.

Why did I use RAR5?

They have (sometimes) less MB and I have very slow internet when it comes to uploading and or downloading. And sometimes I actually save time because the difference between ordinary RAR and RAR5 is big enough. (In those cases I actually use RAR5.) It's that simple.
