How to have white boots.

I got a question about the boots by the highlanders. How can u make it that u only have white boots instead of the black? I really dislike the black ones.

Where and what folders do i place where and how when im done downloading openbrf? :/

Install openBrf just like any program you normally install in program files then open the program exe to run it. Should be easy enough.

I think the black boots are in mmbritishuniforms BRF file or so?
Maybe replacing the black boots material-read texture with white boots texture can do the trick. But I am not 100% sure on that.
Been a while since I looked at the NW BRF files
