Technical Support / Game Not Opening

Everytime i try to open the game, it says its launching, looks like it will open and NOTHING. I continuously try this and the same thing repeatedly. I also tried pinning M&B to the Taskbar, but when i click it, it looks like it will open and then fade away.

Chadric, as a Colonel has full rights to ban and request for permaban for all people in his regiment.
As a Brigadier-General he has full rights to ban and request permaban for all people in his brigade.
Is it entirely his? No. Do I support my officers when they ban and listen to appeals from those who have been banned? Yes to both.
I would like to go and merc for a couple regs outside of 26th NC. Can't do that now because I can't go on TS. I don't see why he can ban me from all regs outside of Braggs'.
