Welcome to the 11te (1st Silesian) Infantrie-Regiment! We are a North American regiment for the Mount and Blade: Warband Napoleonic Wars DLC. If you are looking for a fun, relaxed, yet disciplined regiment, this is the regiment for you. We are a regiment that strives for a fun and realistic environment for its members while still being an effective fighting force.

 It is our belief that the opinion of every single member counts and take advantage of the unique characteristics each player brings to the field. As experienced players, we have come together to make a creative community that allows us to work together maturely in ways that empower us to be the best and most respectable unit in game and out-of-game whenever possible. It is our will to be an efficient fighting machine on the battlefield with the accurate fire of muskets, deadly use of bayonets, and the precision of our battlefield maneuvers. However, our main goal is to create an environment that is appealing to all types of players, young, old, new or veteran.

Code of Conduct

1. Respect is a paramount trait. Respect the regiment staff and members.
2. Don't be a dick. Goofing off when told/expected to do otherwise, being an ass, and stirring up trouble won't be tolerated.
3. Keep a good head on your shoulders. Meaning that you should think before you speak, whether that may be to fellow members, officers, or admins.
